Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C. is a combined medical practice of ophthalmology and dermatology employing board certified physicians and surgeons, physician assistants and optometrists. We provide general eye and skin care as well as comprehensive subspecialty services including LASIK (laser vision correction), cataract surgery with intraocular lenses, glaucoma surgery, medical and surgical treatment of the retina, eye plastic surgery (including eyelid lift), medical and cosmetic dermatology, MOHS skin cancer surgery and skin pathology services. We also conduct leading edge medical research in our own research center.? Cascade is one of the largest and most successful medical practices in the western United States. We have six clinics throughout the Puget Sound area located in University Place, Puyallup, Sunrise, Auburn, Gig Harbor and Bonney Lake.  All of our clinics offer compete optical services including prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses. Our four largest clinics (University Place, Puyallup, Sunrise and Gig Harbor) provide a wide variety of cosmetic anti-aging products and procedures including CoolSculpting, laser tattoo removal and Botox . Our cosmetic centers are staffed by licensed master aestheticians and are supervised by board certified dermatologists.
