I began my State Farm career in 2009 as a team member for a wonderful agent, seeing what an amazing opportunity I knew I wanted to open my own office. I worked as a team member for 5 years getting the training and knowledge of not only the insurance business but of the management and HR side of owning your own office. I moved on to the corporate side of things in 2012 and spent a year learning additional aspects of State Farm and their products. Seeing both the small business side and the large corporate side I realized there was no company besides this one that I would want to represent.

I opened my first office in August 2013 in Des Moines Washington. In 2018, I purchased a building in Fife and moved locations to be closer to home and to our ideal area. We will be occupying this office building for the next 30 years, and we are proud members of the Fife business community. The surrounding areas are Tacoma, Puyallup, Federal Way, Lakewood, Seattle, Edgewood, Milton and many more. With our office so centrally located and right off Interstate 5 it is convenient location for everyone.

In 2023 I opened my second office in Bonney Lake, 19948 S Prairie Rd. Bonney Lake WA 98391. Bonney Lake is where I had my first job with State Farm back in 2009 and I am so happy to be back. I love Bonney Lake, the people and the communities surrounding it. Coming back to where I first worked with State Farm is a dream I have had for 11 years. For the last 100 years State Farm has only allowed agents to have one location each. They have slowly changed this over the last three years and we are VERY proud to be one of a few agents who qualify. To be approved for a second office you must have a track record of excellent customer service, putting customer needs before a decision is made and doing the right thing every time. I am so proud of this accomplishment as its what we strive for every day.

Originally from Walla Walla I was raised all over the west coast as my mother was a Captain in the Air Force. My husband was born and raised in Eatonville where his family still resides. When we decided it was time to settle down somewhere there was no question that we both wanted to be here in the Pacific Northwest. After a year abroad in Zurich Switzerland we moved to Tacoma and have been back here since 2007. My husband is my college sweetheart, and we have two children. Our daughter is starting her first year of college and our son is in middle school. Our children have grown up at the office from the time they were in diapers to now helping answer phones and running errands. This is a true family run small business. We have grown from having a couple customers to now serving a high majority of your friends and neighbors. We have done this by always putting our customers first, offering honest suggestions and always being there when you need us.

My job description is simple “help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams” and it is what I love to do most. I am beyond grateful that I have this opportunity and I get to make a difference in my customers lives. I've been blessed with a career that incorporates my beliefs and lets me see the difference I have made.
